OBITUARY
SIR HARRY REICHEL. (United Press Assn.— By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 8.30 p.m.) London, June 24. The death has occurred of Sir Harry Reichel, the educationalist. Sir Harry Reichel was born at Belfast in 1856. He gained his M.A. degree at Oxford University, and later was vicechancellor of the University of Wales on different occasions between 1899 and 1927. From 1884 till 1927 he was principal of the University College of North Wales. He served on a number of education committees, being chairman of the Royal Commission on University Education in New Zealand in 1925. His publications include a memorial volume containing the sermons of Bishop Reichel. o
