WHEAT QUOTA
EARLY DECISION EXPECTED. (Unltod Press Assn.— By Telegraph Copyright.) (Rec, 8.30 p.m.) London, April 5. The Daily Herald says that Cabinet immediately after Easter will decide whether to fix a quota of 15 per cent, of British flour in every loaf and thus absorb all the milled wheat available from British farms.
