ROYAL HUMILITY
CEREMONY IN SPAIN. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) Madrid, April 3. After two years’ lapse King Alfonso this morning ceremonially washed and kissed the feet of thirteen blind beggars and the Queen acted similarly, with twelve women, after which each beggar was given a basket of clothing and money. The beggars were specially cleansed and medically examined prior to the performance of the traditional royal humility.
