CHRISTMAS CHEER
POOR OF CHRISTCHURCH. (Per United Press Association.) Christchurch, December 19' The Rotary Club organized a street.collection to-day to provide Christmas/.c'hfep'r for the poor of Christchurch. The total sum realized was £995.' Of this amount, the club members and friends subscribed £315; an organ recital by Dr. Edgar Ford raised £35 and, on the streets to-day, £645 was collected. ■
