SUPREME COURT
PRISONERS SENTENCED. (Ter United Press Association.) Dunedin, December 20. In the Supreme Court to-day, his Honour, Mr Justice Kennedy, sentenced Gordon Jenkins, on a charge of breaking,’ entering and theft from a shop, to two years’ Borstal treatment. Samson Robert Cleland, on a charge of breaking, entering and; theft from a dwelling by day and theft from a shop by night was ordered to be detained for reformative purposes for a term of two years. Similarly charged, Robert Halkett was admitted to probation for three years.
