(b) A uniform annual charge of TWO POUNDS SEVENTEEN SHILLINGS AND SIXPENCE (weekly service) or ONE POUND SEVENTEEN SHILLINGS AND SIXPENCE (fortnightly service) for each pan of nightsoil removal. And that such charges shall be payable each in one sum at the. County Office, Main Street, Otautau, on the Ist day of February, 1931.
