The Department of Agriculture announces that the total value of all crops produced in the United States in 1930 is estimated at G,274,824,000 dollars, or 2,400,000,000 dollars under the 1929 figure. The wheat crop of 850,965,000 bushels is valued at 517,407,000 dollars. Winter wheat production is estimated at 604,337,000 bushels valued at 388,627,000 dollars. Durum wheat production is estimated at 55,665,000 bushels valued at 25,113,000 dollars.
