BRITAIN AND DOMINIONS. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) London, December 17. Addressing the Conservatives, Mr Stanley Baldwin declared: “It is my firm conviction that, the moment Britain joins all other industrial countries in having her own tariff, the world will see us negotiating with the dominions for Imperial economic unity. Europe and the United States will doubt whether high tariffs are going ultimately to benefit the world. I am not the least alarmed at the Liberal-Labour pact.”
