RECORD TIME
NON-STOP FLIGHT. AUCKLAND TO WELLINGTON. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, December 9. On a non-stop flight from Auckland in a Fairey HI F belonging to the Hobsonville aerodrome, Squadron-Leader L. M. Isitt arrived at Wellington in the record time of three and u-quarter hours. Afterwards the plane circled the city and continued to Christchurch. It has Mr Gibbs, of Christchurch, aboard as wireless operator and the Director of Air Services (Wing -Commander Grant Dalton) is in constant touch with the machine.
