Fish is becoming more popular in Great Britain as an article of food, the increase in consumption last year being 1,000,000 cwt. in England, Scotland and Wales. Altogether, 12,324, OOOcwt. of fish, worth £15,000,000 at the dockside, were landed by British trawlers.
