FIDELITY FUND
PROTECTION FOR INVESTORS.
(United . Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) Brisbane, December 6. A Bill has been passed through all stages of the Legislative Assembly to set up a fidelity fund to cover the defalcations of dishonest solicitors. The* measure was drafted by. the Law Institute for the protection of investors in trust funds. Nobody will be allowed to practice as a solicitor or attorney unless he is a contributor to this fund.
