MAN PLEADS GUILTY'. COMMITTED FOR SENTENCE. (Ver United Press Association.) Christchurch, October 21. Before the Magistrate, Mr Mosley, Fredrick Burger Clark, aged 29 years, a painter, pleaded guilty to two charges of breaking into houses and was committed for sentence. One householder gave evidence that when she returned after an absence she heard drawers being opened. She went into the bedroom and a man came out holding one hand in front of his face. He grabbed her wrist, but she freed herself. The man then escaped, but she identified the accused.
