DELEGATION FROM ENGLAND.

(Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, October 20. Some of the British delegates to the International Conference on Municipal Transport arrived in Paris yesterday in a doubledecker motor omnibus. It travelled from Manchester to Dover, crossed the Channel on the deck of a steamer, and made its way from Boulogne to Paris.
