(United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Paris, October 19. The Prime Minister, M. Tardieu, speaking at a banquet, emphasized that in the midst of a world crisis France enjoyed economic and political stability. Her reserves covering the currency had doubled during two years and at present totalled £400,000,000. There was an increase of 4 per cent, in industry for the first quarter of the present year compared with 1928. Only 1000 persons were unemployed. C - . 4
