FATAL ACCIDENT
NEGLIGENT DRIVING ALLEGED. (Per United Press Association.) • Wellington, October 20. As a result of an accident on the main road at Heretaunga on the night of September 2 in which a motor cycle and motor car were involved, John Matbias Gamble was charged at the Police Court to-day with negligently driving a motor car, thereby causing the deatus of Joseph Altred Banks anu Cicely Mabel Grigg. Mr W. H. Woodward, S.M. presided. Evidence similar to that given at tne inquest was heard, and the cuse was adjourned until to-morrow morning.
