PACK DRILL ABOLISHED. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright' Rugby, September 19. The ‘King’s Regulations,’ the book which is the authority on all matters affecting Army, discipline, has been amended to provide that minor defaulters should be given “special or useful instruction appertaining to their corps” rather than pack drill. Under the old regulations pack drill was compulsory when a defaulter, who had been confined to barracks, could not be found fatigue work to keep him employed.
