ADMISSIBILITY OF CERTAIN EVIDENCE.

Auckland, June 4.
The question of the admissibility of certain evidence given at the trial of Arthur Thomas Munn who was convicted of murder has been referred by Mr Justice Herdman to the Court of Appeal which opens in Wellington on June 24.
