AUSTRALIAN ARTIST'S FATE. (United Press Assn.—-By Telegraph—Copyright.) Sydney, May 21. Cecil Hartt, the Australian black and white artist and caricaturist, popularly known as the “Digger artist,” was found dead near Moruya on the south coast with the top of his head, blown off.
