SHORT WEIGHT NOW ILLEGAL. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, May 2. The -arrangement made in 1924 between the Health Department and the Master Bakers permitting the short-weight sale of certain fancy loaves has now been cancelled and no short-weight bread of any kind is now legal. t
