OLD MAN’S DEATH. (Per United Press Association.) Oamaru, February 4. At 2.30 o’clock this afternoon, James Frame, of Herbert, 72 years of age,. was found dead alongside his horse in a paddock where he had been working among turnips. He had some slight abrasions on his forehead, nose and left cheek which, in the opinion of the doc or, were not due to a kick from the horse, but to deceased having fallen on his face on rough clods. Death was due to heart failure. An inquest will be unnecessary. • _ FATAL BENZINE EXPLOSION. Christchurch,; February 3. David Jarman, aged 8, a son of a Hororata farmer, died to-day as the result of burns received from a benzine explosion.
