Romney Marsh ram hogget bred by Messrs J. Mosely and Sons, “Riverslea," Clydevale, and sold by Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd, at the recent Royal Show, at Invercargill, to Allan Galt, Esq., Tuturau, Southland. The price was not disclosed, but is understood to have been about 350 guineas, and to be a record price for a ram hogget in the South Island.
