MAN AND WOMAN SHOT
THEORY OF DOUBLE MURDER. Sydney' December 20. What appears to be a case of murder and suicide has been discovered at Punchbowl, a suburb. The bodies are believed to be those of Wallace Ducie, aged 32, and Jessie Smith, aged 20, who were found in some scrub. A 'week’s exposure to the weather and the ravages of ants made the bodies almost unrecognizable. The theory of a double murder has not been dispensed with as both victims were shot through the temple.
