There was a large entry for the bogey foursomes handicap on Saturday afternoon at Otatara and the match was played under ideal weather conditions. C. A. Masters and 11. W. Smith, with an allowance of seven strokes, got going exceedingly well together and finished five up on the Colonel. At one stage of the game they were six up. The next best pair were R. J.
