TUG GOING TO ASSISTANCE. (Rec. 12.5 a.m.) Colombo, September 22. The German steamer Iloclist, bound from Colombo to Europe, is aground off Minicoy Island. She is reported to be badly disabled. The tug Hercules has gone to attempt to refloat the merchantman.
