SURGEON’S OVERSIGHT
SCISSORS LEFT IN ABDOMEN. London, September 20. Mrs Decroix, of Jersey, underwent an abdominal operation in London in 1923 and was thereafter in pain. The presumed after effects were latterly so acute that she consulted a doctor and the X-ray revealed most clearly a pair of surgical scissors four inches in length.—Australian Press Association.
