AUSTRALIA AND CANADA. Geneva, September 20. Australia and Canada have adhered to the Optional Clause, Sir Granville Ryrie and Mr Dandurand signing without ceremony.—Australian Press Association-United Service. SUBJECT TO RATIFICATION. The Department of External Affairs announced to-day that the Canadian signature pf the Optional Clause' at Geneva was subject to ratification by Parliament.—Australian Press Association—United Service.
