In Berlin’s newest store there is a dining room for patrons’ dogs, whom the waiters attend with bowls of food and drink. Red “tail-lights” are supplied to the policemen on night duty at Mulhouse, Alsace-Lorraine; each man carries three suspended from his belt at the back.
