Mr H. E. Barrowclough, who appeared for the official liquidator, said that only some of the points raised in the summons had beeen granted so far, the others having been adjourned pending the hearing of an appeal that had been lodged by the directors. The appeal had now been abandoned and an order was asked in the terms of the remainder of the summons. There was no opposition tn the application and an order was made as applied for by counsel.
