YUGO-SLAV PREMIER’S SCHEME. (Rec. 11.15 p.m.) London, April 18. The Yugo-Slav Premier, General Jivkovitch, declaring that the country’s most pressing r.«d was first class roads, decreed compelling all men between the ages of 21 and 55 to do road work without pay for six days in the year. The owners of motor lorries and other vehicles must similarly lend them to the Government for three days yearly.
