While the Bishop of Stepney was collating the Rev E. B. Murray to the living of St. Luke’s, Stepney, Mr J. A. Kensit, head of the Wycliffs Preachers, walked up to the chancel rail of the church and made a protest, which caused some excitement among the congregation. ■
