A parade of Returned Soldiers, Territorials, Cadets, Boy Scouts, Girl Guides, Rangers, School Cadets and Boys’ Brigade will leave the Drill Hall shortly after 2 p.m. and, led by the Winton Municipal Band, march to the Gates.
