EUCHRE SOCIAL. (From Our Correspondent.) The euchre social on Monday evening, run under the auspices of St. Andrew’s j Church, was well patronized. The hostesses for the evening, Mesdames Gordon, Blaikie and Pulley, provided a dainty supper. The prizes were won by Mrs J. G. C. Baker and Mr W. Bradshaw, while the “boobies” were awarded to Miss Flynn and Mr W. Sheedy. Football. The following players will represent the Otautau Club in their match against Orepuki on Saturday: Eason, Clapp, Cameron, Liddell, Pulley, Hardy, J. Smith, Clark, Roberts, Buxton, Arthur, Harrington, Greer, Bulman, and R. Hope; emergencies, Crane, Angus and Ritchie. School Matters.
