FLIGHT TO ENGLAND

CAPTAIN HURLEY’S PROGRESS. (Rec. 8.30 p.m.) Sydney, November 2. Captain Hurley left Daly Waters at 6.20 this morning, South Australian time, and covered the last Australian stage of 300 miles, landing at Wyndham at 9.45, Sydney time. If the weather is favourable he leaves to-morrow on a 1600-mile hop to Andir, Java. The recor.d trip to England and back will be attempted from Wyndham.—Australian Press Association.
