BIG SURPLUS EXPECTED. London, October 12. The evening Standard says that certainty of a world’s record in wheat crops is now practically assured. There is no longer anything likely to upset the estimates which are for Canada 588,000,000 bushels and Australia probably 198,000,000 to 212,000,000 bushels. It only remains for the Argentine crop to be definitely assured for there to be a huge world surplus.—Australian Press Assoc i at ion.
