SUBMARINE OVERDUE
NO WORD SINCE OCTOBER 1. Paris, October 12. The six hundred-ton submarine Ondine, which was on a test cruise from Cherbourg and should have arrived at Bierta to-day, has not been sighted and not reported since her departure on October 1.
