LIBEL ALLEGED
ACTION BY PRINCE YUSSUPOFF. Paris, October 11. Because a newspaper manager, the editor of which is the ex-Premier of Russia, M. Kerensky, published articles he considered libellous. Prince Yussupoff brought an action in the Paris Correctional Court. Kerensky refused to divulge the author’s name and sought to appease Prince Yussupoff by inserting corrections, but the Prince insists on the case proceeding.—Australian Press Association.
