DREDGING THE MOLYNEUX. FLOTATION OF ENGLISH COMPANY. (Per United Press Association.) Dunedin, October 10. The directors of the Molyneux Electric Gold Dredging Company, Ltd., report that the following cable has been received from Mr F. W. Payne, a well-known consulting engineer and dredge designer of London: “Terms arranged with purchasers. Post option to me for six months in terms of your letter August 13 and cable date of despatch urgent. Payne.” Mr Payne is acting as the company’s agent in London, endeavouring to arrange an amalgamation with London financial interests to take over the company’s existing dredge, electric power rights, and ten miles of the Molyneux river with a view to the flotation of a large English Company to place on the river a powerful dredge or dredges, designed to cope with the conditions in the Molyneux Gorge.
