PACE MURDER TRIAL
COMMENT BY LAW JOURNAL. London, July 13. The Law Journal expresses the opinion that the verdict of the coroner’s jury in the Pace case was given without jurisdiction, and could be quashed by legal process, and Mrs Pace, as the party aggrieved, is entitled to a writ certiorari.—Australian Press Association.
