TRAINING COLLEGES
APPOINTMENT OF STAFFS. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, June 27. In view of the Education Boards’ condemnation of the proposed regulations governing the appointments to training college staffs, the Minister of Education today stated that he has decided not to ask Cabinet to recommend the issue of an Order in-Council and in consequence the regulations will proceed ho further. The dispute between the Wellington Education Board and the Department must be settled by means other than that of regulation’.
