SOUTH SCHOOL
JUBILEE CELEBRATIONS. In a few months, the jubilee of the South School will be celebrated. Last night only a fair attendance was present at the second meeting held in this connection and a much greater patronage of the old pupils is to be desired. Mr Andrew McCulloch was appointed chairman, Mr J. A. B. Walker and Mrs Betteridge vice-presidents, and Mr Keith Reed, secretary, with an associate to be appointed. Mr C. W. Patton and Mr C. N. Lawless were appointed ex-officio members of the committee. It was decided to hold the jubilee during the last week in February. The registration fee was fixed at 2/6, and it was decided that the next meeting be held on Monday week, July 9.
