ELECTRICITY’ SUPPLY
REORGANIZATION IN BRITAIN. (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, June 24. Mr John Snell, chairman of the Commission to re-organize the Electricity Supply Act, anticipates that within the next seven or eight years the average price of electricity in Britain will be reduced to one penny per unit. As a result of reorganization in the north-west area the average price should be substantially below one penny per unit within a few years.—British Official Wireless.
