One of those granted a discharge from bankruptcy in the Supreme Court yesterday filed in 1911. Since that time he had continued to pay all the creditors whom he could trace 20/- in the £. The only ones not paid in full were those who had died in the 18 years succeeding his bankruptcy or those who had left the country. “Immedi* ate discharge granted,” said the Judge.
