WHEN BISHOP SELWYN ARRIVED.
Bishop Selwyn arrived in New Zealand in 1842, six years before Dill’s Best Tobacco was perfected. Since then many changes have occurred in the Dominion, but Dill’s Best has maintained its world-wide popularity as a “mighty fine pipe tobacco.” It has been the lifework of experts with years of scientific knowledge in the art of mellowing and blending tobaccos that has produced Dill’s Best. Generations of tobacco culture have gone into its perfection. Its natural leafy flavour, cool and slow-burning, has been developed and blended—and step by step perfected into one of the most satisfying tobaccos ever made. Barlow Bros., Christchurch, are the New Zealand Distributors.—Advt.
