NEW ISSUE REPORTED. (Rec. 8.15 p.m.) New York, January 24. The New York Times financial editor says that a new loan from 40,000,000 to 50,000,000 dollars was reported to-day to be under negotiation in Wall Street. The money is desired chiefly for refunding purposes.—A. and N.Z«
