TOO FADDY OVER FOOD
IS YOUR DIGESTION AT FAULT? Some people are very faddy over their food. This points to the fact that there must be something ,wrong with the digestion, for any normally healthy person should be able to digest readily the usual mixed diet. It is important, however, that you should take proper time over your meals, masticate your food well, and avoid overloading your digestive system. Any indiscretions in eating are often followed by a bad taste in the mouth, coated tongue, flatulence and pain after eating. These symptoms indicate a disordered stomach, and prompt measures should be taken to get at the cause of the mischief. Firstly, avoid over-eating. On the other hand, eat sufficient nourishing food to supply the needs of the blood. Remember this, the blood has to carry nourishment all over the body, and when the blood becomes w’eak and fails to do its work, indigestion arises. If you suffer from any form of indigestion, you should build up your blood by taking Dr Williams’ Pink Pills. Then, under the influence of the regenerated blood, your digestive system will respond naturally, your appetite will improve, you will be able to eat without pain, and your food will do you good. All chemists sell Dr Williams’ Pink Pills, 3/- per bottle —nothing else will do.—Advt.
