GENERAL NOTES. The Anamba, with a cargo of case oil, is expected to-morrow. The Union Steam Ship Company’s steamer Kartigi arrived from Dunedin at 2 ' p.m. yesterday to load timber and general ; cargo for Melbourne and Adelaide. The Calm is expected to arrive at Bluff j from Wellington on Monday. An effort i will be made to despatch her the following evening for Dunedin, Wellington and j Wanganui. The Port Hardy, which will arrive at Bluff on Sunday, will load for New York, Boston and London. The Waikouaiti is due at Bluff from Sydney on Sunday. She is scheduled to sail the following evening for Dunedin, Lyttelton, Timaru and Sydney. The Kurow left Auckland yesterday for Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. The Huntingdon is due at Bluff shortly from Liverpool, via Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Port Chalmers to complete discharge. The Waihemo, which left San Francisco on June 4 for New Zealand ports, including Bluff, is due at Wellington on June 30. She then proceeds to Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin and Bluff, being due here about July 10. The City of Khartoum is due at Bluff next week to discharge general cargo shipped at New Y’ork. The Karetu is expected to leave Sydney on June 20 for Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oamaru and Bluff, being due here about July 1. After taking on general cargo she will sail for Sydney direct. TRANS PACIFIC CARGO STEAMERS. The following movements of trans-Pacific cargo steamers are announced:— The Waiotapu, which left Wellington on the 3rd inst. for Melbourne and Sydney, was due at Melbourne on the 9th inst, and sails again on the 14th inst for Sydney. The Hauraki left San Francisco May 27 for Auckland, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. Due at Auckland June 18. The Waihemo left San Francisco June 4 for Apia, Wellington, Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, Bluff and New Plymouth. Due Apia June 21 and at Wellington June 30. The Waitemata is expected to leave Ocean Falls on the 10th inst for San Francisco direct. Expected to clear San Francisco about June 19. The Wairuna leaves Sydney June 14 for Fiji, Vancouver and San Francisco. FORWARD LOADING DATES. The forward loading dates at the Pacific Coast are approximately as follows: « The Waitemata loads at Vancouver and San Francisco during the present month for Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney. The Wairuna loads at Vancouver and San Francisco in July for Papeete, Auckland (possibly Wellington), Melbourne and Sydney. The Waiotapu loads at Vancouver and San Francisco in August for New Zealand and Australian ports. The Hauraki loads at Vancouver and San Francisco late August and early September for Auckland, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney. The W'aihemo loads at Vancouver and San Francisco late September and early October for New Zealand and Australian ports. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE.
