DIVORCE LAWS
AN IMPORTANT BILL. (Rec. 7.10 p.m.) London, December 1. Lord Wenterton moved a second reading of the Indian and Colonial Divorce Jurisdiction Bill, conferring on Indian and Dominion courts jurisdiction in certain cases in respect of the dissolution of marriage, the parties to which were domiciled in England and Scotland though living in India or the dominions and validating the decrees granted. The Bill was read a second time.—A. and N.Z.
