SUPREME COURT
WELLINGTON SESSION. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, October 29. Found guilty of breaking, entering, and theft by night, and being found in unlawful possession of a house-breaking implement, also with attempted breaking and entering by night with intent to commit a erime, James Arthur Frost was sentenced in the Supreme Court to-day to two years’ hard labour. Albert Edward Duncan, charged on similar counts, was stated to have disappeared. It was stated that bail of £2OO would be estreated.
