WELLINGTON SESSION. Wellington, October 25. At the Supreme Court true bills were returned in the following cases: Herbert Harold Payne, alleged breaking and entering; Robert Campbell, alleged forgery; William George J. Rast-on, indecent assault on a male; Thomas Harrison, alleged theft from a person; Albert Edward Duncan and James Arthur Frose, alleged breaking and entering by night and theft; Elizabeth Ann Wylie alias Neville, alleged abortion; Lily Hodge, alleged aiding and the commission of a crime ; William Henry Pegelly, alleged indecent assault on a female; Leslie Johnson, alleged 1 forgery; John Henry Wills, alleged rape; Arthur John Franklin Pennington, alleged obscene exposure. , The Chief Justice, Mr C. P. Skerrett, said that for reasons he did not care to explain, the charge of murder against Elizabeth Wylie would not be proceeded with by the Crown. The charge was confined to abortion. Later the Crown Prosecutor asked for an adjournment till December 6 and, no reason being assigned, this was consented to.
