VESSEL HELD UP
TROUBLE WITH HOBART WATERSIDERS. Hobart, October 26. The Union Company’s steamer Kakariki has arrived at Strahan with a cargo of loose and bagged coke. The watersiders refused to handle the bagged coke and the vessel is at present idle. Negotiations for the settlement of the dispute are proceeding.—A. & N.Z.
